How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  1. To contact the account holder through newsletters, when we release updated versions of the software and notifications of service contract renewals.
  2. To help configure the software such as importing of data.
  3. To train users how to use the software.
  4. To help diagnose issues with the software.
  5. To provide reporting capabilities within the software.

We do not share this information with any organisations or individuals.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored. We only store account holder information.

We keep this data while the account holder is still a customer. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the data.

We may for support purposes request a copy of your database to be sent to us to diagnose problems. This will be immediately deleted once the diagnosis is completed.
