What is Payment Live?

Payment Live allows a college to use the app as a seamless payment portal for students, parents and applicants..

How it works:

Firstly the college creates a page within the app and points the page at payable items in their student record system (e.g., trips, library fees, exams, etc.).

The user views these items directly on the page within the app.

The user can add each item to their basket and checkout just like an online store.

Payments are securely handled by Stripe, allowing users to pay using their card or other payment methods allowed by the college.

Once payment is successful, the app automatically updates the source record to confirm the item has been paid.

All payments can be viewed within the website.
